Studocu downgraded my plan without warning, how do I restore my original access?

If Studocu downgraded your plan without warning;

• Provide your account email, original plan details, downgrade date, and screenshots showing reduced access

Ask them to;

• Explain why the downgrade happened and which policy applied
• Restore your original plan and features
• Adjust billing or refund any difference if access was reduced

If the problem persists;

• Keep all emails, screenshots, and payment records and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a fair resolution and plan restoration
