StubHub Has Not Refunded My Canceled Black Keys Concert Tickets

I purchased two tickets through StubHub on March 16 for The Black Keys concert that was scheduled to take place in Istanbul on September 15, 2026.

My order number is 638199282.

On June 30, the organizer, Epifoni, officially announced that the concert had been completely canceled. There was no postponement. Despite this, StubHub continues to list the event as “postponed” in its system, so my tickets have not been canceled and I have not received a refund.

Last week, I contacted StubHub’s support team, and they told me they would review my case. However, I have received no further response since then, and there is still no indication of any refund in my account.

I do not accept StubHub continuing to delay the process and refusing to issue a refund by incorrectly keeping the event listed as “postponed” even though the concert has officially been canceled. I request an immediate full refund of the amount I paid for this canceled event, including all ticket service fees.

Note: According to my credit card statement, I actually paid a total of $332, while my StubHub account shows the amount as $357.
