StubHub Sold Me an Invalid Concert Ticket and Denied Me Entry

I purchased a ticket through StubHub on September 25, 2026, under order number 655092623, for the Şebnem Ferah concert scheduled for October 2, 2026. The ticket cost $179. When I tried to enter the concert with the ticket I had purchased, the staff at the entrance told me that the barcode was invalid and that no such ticket appeared in their system. As a result, I was denied entry.

Because my ticket was not accepted at the entrance, I had no choice but to purchase another ticket in order to attend the concert, which cost me an additional $102. In other words, because the ticket I purchased through StubHub turned out to be invalid, I was not only denied entry to the concert but also suffered a significant financial loss.

I am requesting that StubHub fully resolve this issue by refunding the cost of the ticket I purchased through StubHub, which was reported as fake/invalid, as well as the additional $102 I was forced to pay for a replacement ticket.
