StubHub Canceled My Concert Tickets but Did Not Refund Me

I purchased two Gold-section tickets through the StubHub website for Şebnem Ferah’s concert scheduled for October 2, 2026, at Ankara Atatürk Forest Farm. For order number 652645053, I paid a total of 9,056.61 TL (approximately $185) using my Halkbank card. StubHub sent me a confirmation email stating that my order had been successfully received and that the payment had been charged.

At 2:18 AM on August 30, 2026, I received another email from StubHub informing me that my tickets had been canceled by the company. However, despite this cancellation, I have not received any refund, and there is no refund transaction showing on my bank account.

I first contacted StubHub’s virtual assistant about the issue and was told to contact my bank. I then contacted Halkbank, and the bank clearly confirmed that there was no refund request or completed refund associated with this transaction. Since StubHub was the party that processed the sale and canceled the tickets, I believe the refund should also be initiated by StubHub.

At this point, I have a canceled event ticket and a payment that was collected but has not been refunded. I am requesting that the full $185 paid for order number 652645053 be refunded to me as soon as possible through the same payment method I used to purchase the tickets.
