Stradivarius Sent Used and Damaged Pants with Stains

I ordered a pair of pants from Stradivarius, but the item I received was clearly used and in unacceptable condition. The pants arrived with a tear on the back, a stain on the front that looked like menstrual blood, and overall wear, including stretched knees, as if they’d been worn extensively before. The stain was brown and extremely noticeable, making the product completely unwearable. I am deeply disappointed that Stradivarius would send such a visibly used item, and I expect an immediate replacement with a new, unused product. Please address this issue urgently to resolve this unacceptable experience.
