Stradivarius Customer Service Endless Hold Times and Unhelpful Reps

Stradivarius customer service is a joke. I feel like I'm stuck in a never-ending loop whenever I try to reach them. It's always the same story: hours on hold, and when I finally get through, I'm greeted by two reps either S**** or A***. It's like they're the only two people working there! They're so unhelpful and it's clear they don't care about their customers. they are not the only brand in the industry right? I can just go shop somewhere else but if they're selling they should be prepared to answer our calls and care about the problems that happen. they don't care about any of this. it's not over when you sell, it only starts!!
