Stickerly Subscription Was Invisible but Still Charged My Account

April 30, 2025 6:00 PM1

While using the Sticker.ly application, I apparently activated a trial subscription by mistake. However, this subscription does not even appear in my account settings, and despite that, approximately $20 was charged from my account three days later as an annual subscription fee.

I did not knowingly approve or intentionally continue this membership, and the fact that the subscription was not visible in my account made it impossible for me to properly manage or cancel it. This situation has caused me financial frustration and serious inconvenience.

I am requesting a full refund of the approximately $20 charged to my account and expect to be contacted regarding this issue as soon as possible. I also demand that this subscription be completely terminated immediately to prevent any future charges. Otherwise, I will begin legal action regarding this unauthorized billing process.
