I purchased a SteelSeries Nova 5 headset, but unfortunately, my cat damaged the ear pads, rendering them unusable. I tried to obtain original replacement ear pads through the SteelSeries official website, but they do not ship to Turkey. I then contacted the distributor, who informed me that they could not provide the replacement parts either.
It’s absurd that a product's original parts are impossible to source, especially from such a well-known brand. As a customer, I expect better support and availability of replacement parts. SteelSeries needs to address this issue promptly and ensure customers in Turkey have access to essential components like ear pads. Please resolve this and help me replace the ear pads immediately!
