SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless Hinge Issue After 1 Week

I bought the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless just a week ago, and while putting it on, I heard a 'click' sound. The hinge is now extremely loose and in terrible condition. I paid nearly ₺10,000 for this headset, and I’m shocked at the poor build quality. I expected much better from SteelSeries. This needs to be resolved immediately. I demand a replacement or repair for this expensive product.
