I am absolutely enraged with Steam! I bought GTA 5 about 1.5 months ago, and this morning, when I tried to launch it, I got a shocking error message: "An error occurred while launching this game: Missing License." This is completely unacceptable! I purchased this game, so why am I being told I don't have a license?
In a desperate attempt to fix this, I uninstalled and reinstalled Steam. But now, it's even worse—GTA 5 is completely gone from my library, and Steam is demanding that I buy it again! This is a blatant rip-off. I paid for this game once, and I refuse to pay for it a second time because of your system's inexplicable errors.
Steam, you need to rectify this immediately. Restore my GTA 5 license and ensure the game is back in my library without any additional cost. I demand a full explanation for why my license disappeared and why your platform is now trying to charge me again for a game I already own. This is a critical failure on your part, and I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
