StarPets Took £5.00 but Didn't Give Me My Pet

I paid £5.00 earlier today for a fly ride Albino Monkey, and the website took the money from my bank card, but the person I was trading with didn’t give me anything. They kept declining my trade requests, and even when it looked like the trade was accepted, it was immediately declined again. In the end, I received nothing. After a while, the person left the game and unfriended me.
