StarPets seller went offline after payment, how can I secure my pets?

If the StarPets seller went offline after payment and you haven’t received your pets;

Check your order status first;

• Log in → Orders / Purchase History
• Note:
– Order number
– Seller username
– Date & time of payment
– Order status (Pending / Processing / Completed)
• Screenshot the order page

Verify your payment;

• Check your bank/e-wallet/crypto wallet
• Confirm the payment was successful
• Screenshot the transaction confirmation

Check in-platform messages;

• Open chat with the seller
• Screenshot:
– Conversation history
– Any delivery promises
– Seller going offline

Do NOT cancel or dispute randomly;

• Avoid confirming delivery if you didn’t receive pets
• Do not mark the order as completed
