StarPets Did Not Transfer or Refund My $25 Withdrawal
I withdrew $25 from the StarPets app, but the money has not been sent to my card or refunded. The app provides no meaningful support, and I am unable to ask new questions because it says I’ve reached the maximum of three inquiries. My previous questions remain unresolved, and the system won’t let me raise new ones.
This lack of assistance is extremely frustrating. The app does not help or provide any solutions, and now my money appears to be lost. I demand that StarPets immediately process my withdrawal or refund my money. Please address this issue urgently—I trusted this app and should not have to fight to retrieve my own funds!
