StarMaker Refuses to Lift Account Mute Despite No Clear Rule Violation

I have been using the StarMaker application on an Android device in India, and my account with the ID 13279692963 has been muted. I am not able to use my account properly because of this mute. I contacted StarMaker support about this problem and the only response I received was that they are maintaining community guidelines, but my account has not been restored and I did not receive a clear solution. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again and that the mute on my account be removed so that I can continue using StarMaker normally.
