StarMaker Blocked My Messaging Feature Without Warning or Explanation

My Starmaker account has been blocked from using the messaging function without any prior warning or clear reason, and I would like this to be reviewed urgently. The phone number linked to my Starmaker account is 8318733350, and the ID I want unbanned is 13319744887. Since around 23 June, I have not been able to use the message function, and the application only shows the message “sorry your message function has been blocked.” This situation has continued until 26 June and I still cannot use messaging. Before this block, I was only using the app for normal chatting, and I did not receive any warning or notification that I was violating any rules or terms. I did not engage in any behavior that I believe would justify such a restriction. I have tried to get a response, but I have not received any explanation from Starmaker about the reason for this block. I kindly request that my Starmaker ID 13319744887 be unbanned and that my messaging function be fully restored as soon as possible. If there is any alleged violation, I would like a clear explanation and proof, but my main and urgent request is that you please unban my ID and give me back access to messaging.
