StarMaker Account Ban Issue

I am a StarMaker user and I access the application on an Android phone. My account with ID number 78005324*** was suddenly banned on 14 June 2026 at around 18:44. Since then I have not been able to log in to my account. When I tried to log in, I saw the message stating: “Sorry, your account is blocked due to your illegal behavior in APP. The length of blocked time depends on the degree of illegal behavior. You can try to login after 06-17-2026 (Unix time).” I have not been informed clearly about what kind of violation I allegedly committed, and I do not knowingly engage in any illegal behavior in the application. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and unblocked as soon as possible, or at least that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason for this ban. I would like my access to my account and my previous data in StarMaker to be restored without further delay.
