StarMaker Error 103003 – Unable to Join Party Rooms or Family Activities

I have been using StarMaker on my Android phone, and it became an important source of support for me during a difficult period of depression in 2022. For the past two years, I have been unable to join party rooms or participate in family activities, and this ongoing restriction has had a negative impact on both my social experience and my overall well-being. Whenever I try to enter a party room, I receive an error message stating that I am forbidden from joining because my account has been identified as a multiple account or a risky account (Error Code 103003). My current StarMaker account name is M005A, and my ID is 62179613453. Before creating this account, I had another StarMaker account that I voluntarily deleted for cybersecurity reasons. Since then, I have only wanted to use my current account. I have already reported this issue through the in-app reporting feature, but I have not received any response from StarMaker. I have never been given a clear explanation as to why my account has been classified as risky or what steps I should take to resolve the issue. As a result, I have been unable to participate in chat rooms and family activities, which are an important part of my experience on the platform. I kindly request that my account M005A (ID: 62179613453) be reviewed as soon as possible, that the restriction preventing me from joining party rooms and family activities be removed, or, if there is a legitimate issue with my account, that I be provided with clear instructions on how to restore full access.
