I Cannot Join Party Rooms Because StarMaker Flagged My Account

I am a StarMaker user from Sri Lanka and I use the application on an Android device. As of today, my account has been marked as risky and forbidden, and I am unable to enter any party rooms. Because of this restriction, I cannot join party rooms or sing, which is the main reason I use the app. I have not received any explanation regarding why my account is being treated as risky or why access to party rooms has been blocked, and I have not yet been able to get support through any other channel. I kindly request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible, that the risky/forbidden status be removed if there is no valid reason, and that my access to party rooms be fully restored so I can join and sing again.
