StarMaker Account Muted Without Warning or Explanation
I have been using the Starmaker app and my account was suddenly muted while I was using the application normally, without any warning or explanation. I do not know the reason for this action and I have not been informed of any violation or rule-breaking on my side. I am requesting that Starmaker customer service check my account in detail, clearly explain the reason why my ID has been muted, and promptly unmute my ID if there is no valid reason for this restriction. I would like to know what specific rule or policy I am claimed to have violated so that I can understand the situation and avoid any similar issue in the future.
