StarMaker Account Hacked, Please Investigate And Return Account

For the past four years I have been a faithful and problem‑free user of Starmaker. Four days ago, I discovered that my account had been hacked and then suspended, even though I did nothing wrong. I realized something was wrong when I could not log in and saw that my profile picture and name had been changed without my permission. Now, when I try to log in, the app asks for account security re‑verification and I still cannot access my account. I have also made paid purchases on this account, including coins bought through Starmaker. I immediately tried to contact Starmaker support about this situation, but I have not received any reply. I respectfully request that my account be recovered and reactivated as soon as possible. I also ask that my account history, data and purchased coins be restored and that this unauthorized access be investigated, as the suspension was caused by the hacker’s actions, not mine.
