Hacked StarMaker Karaoke Account Banned After Phishing Attack
My Starmaker karaoke account has been hacked and then banned because of activities I did not do. I am requesting your urgent help to secure and restore my account. My Starmaker ID is 13365064*** and my username is “Queen shilpi”. Around 5 June 2025, I received a link that was presented to me as an event link where I was told I would get gold coins if I clicked on it. When I clicked that link, my Gmail linked to the account was changed and the hacker’s Gmail was submitted and connected to my Starmaker account. After this, the hacker took control of my account. This account was at level 49 and had a room level 7, so it is very valuable and important to me. Because of the hacker’s misuse, my ID was later banned. I did not perform any of the activities that violated your rules, and I am a victim of phishing and hacking. I kindly request that you please help me by securing and restoring my account. My clear request is that my old Starmaker ID should be unbanned and properly secured, the hacker’s Gmail that is currently linked to the account should be completely removed, and my own Gmail should be reactivated and connected to this Starmaker ID again.
