Requesting To Reactivate My StarMaker ID
My Starmaker account, which I have been using for about 7 years, was suspended around 4 months ago with the message that it was reported for violating regulations or Community Guideline. The suspension notice appears when I try to access my profile and I can no longer use my account. Before the suspension, I had only removed one of my family members from my family in the app, and I believe this action may have been incorrectly reported and evaluated as a community guideline violation. I have not been given any clear and detailed explanation about what exact rule I allegedly violated. I request that my account be reviewed in detail, that the suspension decision be reconsidered, and that my account be reactivated if no real and serious violation is found. I want to regain access to my 7‑year‑old account and all my data and purchases associated with it.
