Starlight Refuses to Pay $1,620 Winnings After Withdrawal Request

I have been playing on a casino betting site called Starlight789 for a long time under the username Y***t. On January 20, 2026, at 11:11 AM, I submitted a withdrawal request via manual bank transfer to withdraw my winnings of approximately $1,620. However, even after more than 24 hours, no payment has been made, and the withdrawal process appears to be completely stalled.
I deposited a total of about $93 into this site. During this time, a person who introduced himself as M** contacted me frequently during my deposits and was very attentive, constantly calling and messaging me to encourage further deposits. However, as soon as I won a high amount, both he and the other contacts suddenly disappeared. These same people who used to message me multiple times a day no longer respond to my messages, do not return my calls, and have blocked me on WhatsApp.
During this process, I contacted live support at least 100 times. Around 80–90 of those messages received no response at all. In the few cases where I did get a reply, I was only told that the “Fraud team is reviewing the case.” I also sent emails, but I have not received any response. I completed phone and email verification during registration, and after submitting the withdrawal request, I was not asked for any additional documents or verification. No logical explanation has been provided to me, either in writing or verbally.
I want to clearly state that I currently have no active bets or additional balance in my account—only my winnings of $1,620 that I have been unable to withdraw. I request that my full winnings of $1,620 be paid to me without any excuses, additional conditions, or further delays.
