Findmykids Missing Features Despite Advertising Claims

I purchased and started using the Findmykids mobile application based on the features advertised in its promotions and descriptions. However, as soon as I installed the app, I realized that many of the features presented in the advertisements are either completely missing or not active within the application.

First of all, the “listen to surroundings” feature, which is clearly advertised, does not exist in the app. Additionally, the app restriction section on the child’s device does not provide detailed or individual control options. There is also no feature that shows how much time is spent on specific apps. As a result, I cannot use the product as advertised and cannot achieve the level of safety and control I expected.

I request that all features stated in the advertisements and descriptions be fully provided and activated in the application. I expect the product to function as promoted, the promised features to be added promptly, and to be informed accordingly.
