Findmykids Charged Me Before Subscription Renewal Date

Although my annual subscription to the Findmykids app is still active, an amount of approximately $13 was charged to my card on November 15, 2025, without my knowledge. However, my subscription renewal date is shown as March 3, 2026.

This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with a subscription purchased through Google Play. I was unable to find any contact number to reach Findmykids customer support and have not yet been able to receive assistance.

I request that the unjustly charged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible. If my issue is not resolved, I will proceed to file complaints with the relevant authorities, including CİMER.
