Findmykids App Stuck on Map Screen and Not Opening
After deleting the Findmykids app on my Android device, I reinstalled it on December 1. However, since then, the app has not been opening properly. It only displays a world map, and no codes, buttons, menus, or error messages appear. Because of this, I am unable to perform any actions within the app.
After reinstalling, I did not receive any activation code or verification message via SMS or email. The app appears to be completely stuck on the map screen, and I cannot proceed any further. I have not yet had direct contact with customer service or technical support.
I request that this issue in the Findmykids app be urgently resolved, that the app be restored to normal working condition, and that I be provided with technical support if necessary.
