Findmykids Subscription Canceled but No Refund Issued
On November 5, 2025, I purchased an annual subscription for the Findmykids app through the App Store. However, even though I canceled my subscription the very next day, a charge of approximately $60 for the annual plan was still deducted from my account and has not been refunded. I also did not receive any refund confirmation after canceling.
I tried to contact customer support, but I can only interact with a bot and have not been able to get any solution. I am also unable to submit a refund request through the app or the App Store. My subscription and payment are registered under the email address “[email protected]”.
I request that the annual subscription fee be refunded to me as soon as possible.
