Starbucks Tumbler Replacement Lid Is Difficult to Find

The lid of my 473 ml classic matte black Starbucks tumbler, which I purchased from the Starbucks Eryaman Port location in Ankara, broke today after the tumbler was dropped. I really liked and regularly used this product, but since the lid broke, I can no longer use the tumbler properly.

I have searched in many places for a replacement lid, but I have not been able to find one that is compatible with my tumbler. I am particularly disappointed that replacement parts for Starbucks-branded tumblers are so difficult to find.

I would appreciate Starbucks’ assistance in providing a replacement lid that is compatible with my tumbler so that this issue can be resolved. Of course, I would be happy if the replacement were provided free of charge, but if a replacement lid is available for purchase, I would also appreciate information and guidance on how to obtain one. I request a solution-oriented response regarding the availability of replacement parts.
