Starbucks Customer Service Complaint About Rude Employee
On June 24, 2026, at around 6:00 p.m., I visited the Starbucks location at Sabiha Gökçen Airport. While placing my order at the register, I was met with a rude and unnecessarily harsh attitude from the cashier. The employee's tone and behavior made the ordering process uncomfortable, and I felt as though I was not being treated as a valued customer.
This was the first time I have experienced this kind of behavior at this Starbucks location, and it left me disappointed. Unfortunately, the interaction negatively affected my perception of the Starbucks brand.
I request that Starbucks review this incident, provide appropriate guidance to the cashier involved, and remind all employees about the importance of treating customers with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.
