Starbucks Complaint About Store Opening and Coffee Machine Delay

On the morning of Wednesday, September 23, I came to the Starbucks Kaşüstü location in Trabzon at your stated opening time of 8:30 AM to have a coffee. Since I arrived a little early, I waited outside the entrance. When the opening time arrived, your employees ran inside together with the customers. At least 10 customers, including myself, were already sitting at the tables waiting for the store to open and for service to begin.

Even though the store was supposed to open at 8:30 AM, when we lined up to order coffee, we were then told that the coffee machine had not warmed up yet. In other words, not only did the store fail to begin service on time, but the equipment was also not ready. If the stated opening time is 8:30 AM, I believe employees should arrive and complete their preparations before customers enter, with everything, including the coffee machine, ready and operational by opening time.

At this point, I have been waiting for at least 25 minutes and still have not been able to get my coffee. I am disappointed that a brand like Starbucks, especially when this is the only location in the city, could have such poor planning and delays. I expect the stated opening hours to be respected, employees to be ready before customers arrive, and all necessary preparations to be completed in advance so that these kinds of problems do not happen again.
