Rude Barista at Starbucks Gordion Refuses Simple Request, Disappointing Service

I recently visited the Starbucks across from Gordion Mall and ordered a Turkish coffee. I politely asked if they could provide a small cup of milk on the side, a simple request that I’ve had no issue with at the Starbucks inside Gordion. However, I was flatly told, "We can’t do that." To make matters worse, even though the barista (whose name tag seemed to say Y****) could see my hands were full, they told me to get my own water. This lack of basic courtesy from the staff really put me off, and I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. Starbucks needs to address these service issues to prevent further customer frustration.
