Stanley Transit Fliptop Mug Paint Bleeding Complaint

I purchased a Stanley Transit Fliptop Mug Cream 590 mL thermos on August 22, 2026, and started using it on August 30, 2026. There is visible paint bleeding on the surface of the thermos, and whenever I place it inside a bag or any type of packaging, it transfers its color onto whatever surface it touches. I experience this issue every time I use the product, and as a result, I do not feel comfortable using the thermos safely.

I reported the issue to Stanley, but despite my communications with the company, I have not received any resolution. I believe the product is defective in its current condition, and my primary request is to have it replaced with a defect-free product. If a replacement cannot be provided, I request a full refund of the purchase price.

I request that my complaint be taken seriously and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
