Stanley Thermos Service Is Unreachable and Fails to Provide Support

Reaching 'Kutupayısı,' the Turkey distributor of Stanley, is harder than reaching the German consulate. I sent an email in April and never received a response. I continued using my thermos despite its malfunction, but after spilling coffee in my bag twice and narrowly avoiding a burn once, I’ve been trying to contact them again since last week. When I click on the service request link and fill out the form, I encounter an error, as shown in the attachment, with characters that don’t even display properly. Using the "Contact Us" section to send a message also yields no response. I’ve been trying to reach a customer representative by phone, but after waiting 20 minutes, the call either gets disconnected or, as during my second attempt, I remain stuck in 4th place in the queue indefinitely, with no resolution. Is this how Kutupayısı operates as a company? When will they assist me? By the way, I’m now at the 26th minute on the line and still stuck in 4th place.
