Poor Stanley Thermos Warranty—No Response or Replacement
I submitted my Stanley thermos for warranty service and they confirmed its acceptance. They requested my address and phone number, to which I promptly provided. Unfortunately, despite the passage of time, my thermos remains missing and I have not received any communication regarding it. I've attempted to reach out to Kutup Ayısı through WhatsApp and email, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response from them. How is it possible for a brand like Stanley to let this occur?
