Stanley Thermos From Amazon Failed Twice and Still Has Issues After Repair




I purchased a Stanley mug thermos from Amazon some time ago. Unfortunately, this coincided with a difficult period as my mother was ill. I only used the thermos once and got the "Kutup Ayısı" insurance for it. Shortly after, my mother passed away. During that time, I used the thermos only once or twice, as I was still grieving. Later, I remembered it was under warranty and contacted technical service because the thermos cooled quickly and the screw cap would come off entirely when I tried to open it. The Kutup Ayısı team told me to securely package the product with a form and send it, which I did. I also asked if they could replace the screw cap with a click cap if possible, and they kindly agreed. About 40 days later, the thermos was returned to me with a replaced paper sleeve and cap. A few days later, when I tried to use it again, the inside of the cap detached from the outer part and fell into the thermos. It emitted a terrible smell, and I even found spice-like particles inside. I couldn't believe it and even doubted myself, thinking I might have done something wrong. On the next attempt, I carefully closed the lid, but the coffee spilled all over my bag. My clothes were ruined, and the smell made it impossible to drink the coffee anyway. Now I will have to send it back again and wait another 40 days. I also contacted Amazon, but I am still waiting for a response. The product and seller are no longer listed on the site. It seems like I was sold the only faulty product. Just my luck. I don’t even know who to expect a solution from anymore. After months of being too busy, I finally found the time to explain my issue. Amazon or Stanley, who is going to help? The product is just sitting there, completely useless.
