Stanley Thermos Denied Warranty Support – Inconsistent Policies
I purchased a Stanley thermos from A101 and successfully registered it with Kutup Ayısı, Stanley's official distributor in Turkey. However, after a short period of use, I lost a small part of the thermos and submitted a warranty request to have it replaced.
When Stanley responded, they refused to provide the missing part, claiming they do not sell products through A101 and therefore could not verify the authenticity of my thermos. However, if that’s the case, why was my registration initially accepted without any issues? When I asked this, they simply repeated that they couldn’t help.
This is completely unfair and inconsistent. If my product was accepted for registration, why am I now being denied support? I demand a resolution!
