You must do the following in order for your Stanley thermos to be registered for warranty coverage:
• Verify Eligibility: The warranty only covers items purchased from Stanley or an approved seller, so be sure your thermos was acquired from one of these places.
• Obtain Proof of Purchase: Stanley reserves the right to request proof of purchase from you in order to process a warranty claim. Therefore, keep your purchase receipt close at hand.
• To file a warranty claim, go to the Stanley website and complete the online form. Give all the information that is required, such as the specifics of the flaw and the receipt.
• Await Response: A Stanley team member will review your claim after you submit it and get in contact with you soon. They might ask for more proof of the flaw, like images or videos of the item.
Stanley will replace or repair your thermos with a comparable product that is currently being manufactured, at their discretion and expense, if your claim is accepted. Custom designs cannot be duplicated on replacement products, and replacements do not always guarantee the same color or finish.
