Stanley Switchback Burned My Hand When Lid Popped Off After Filling With Coffee
Three years ago, I bought the Stanley Switchback model sold at BIM. The product has a serious safety issue—it ejects the lid when filled with hot drinks. One time, I filled it with filter coffee, closed the lid, and while placing it in my backpack, the lid popped off, causing burns on my hand and arm. I had already registered the product and contacted you before, but I never received a response. Although this product has been recalled in several countries across Europe and even in Turkey, I was never contacted. If I do not receive an urgent response, I will share this issue on all social platforms and pursue every legal right available to me. The responsibility for any consequences will be yours.
