Stanley Did Not Send My Replacement Lids for Trigger Thermos

At the beginning of February 2025, I registered for my 4 Stanley Trigger Action thermos after I saw a post on Stanley Turkey's official Instagram account about the lid recall program. There was information that there was a problem with the lids and that new lids would be sent free of charge to approved users, and that old lids should not be used and should be destroyed. In mid-February 2025, my applications were approved by mail. Although the brand promised a 10-week delivery time, it is the end of June and the lids have still not been delivered. They also don't want to use the thermoses with the old lids. Probably, if I continue to use them, they will say ‘We warned you, we told you not to use them’ in case of any health problems and they will get away with it. But they do not comply with the 10-week period they promised. I can't use the products I paid thousands of money for. They are all rotting on the shelf and summer is here. I can't use my thermos during the period when I can go camping, beach, picnic, vacation, etc. I chose a global brand, thinking that it would be long-lasting, but we are having problems again, it's a real pity. Urgently find a solution to this problem, send the lids and eliminate my victimization.
