My Stanley Thermos Fails to Keep Water Cold - I Want a Replacement




I purchased my Stanley thermos from A101 around 2024. I didn’t use the product for a long time, but since I started using it, the cold water I put inside stays cool for only up to 6 hours. I have also noticed that the lid loses its coolness quickly. I experience the same problem every time I use the thermos, and I am very dissatisfied with this situation. I know the product has a lifetime warranty, but I no longer have the receipt or warranty card, as I lost them during a move. I mostly use the thermos for cold drinks, and the same issue occurs with every use. My expectation from Stanley is to have my product replaced. I kindly request that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
