I Face Persistent Odor Problem With Stanley Classic Thermos

On September 26, I purchased a Stanley Classic thermos from the seller Altın Express on Trendyol (Order No: 9511271459). Since the day I received it, the thermos has had a strong and unpleasant odor, especially in the lid section.

I tried cleaning it multiple times using different methods such as baking soda and vinegar, but the odor does not go away. When I pour coffee or tea into the thermos, the taste and smell of the drinks also change, making them undrinkable. Because of this, I have been unable to use the product properly.

I only attempted to use the thermos a few times, but each time the odor ruined the beverages. This has left me dissatisfied and unable to rely on a product I purchased specifically for daily use.

I request either a return or an exchange for this defective thermos. I expect the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible so that I am no longer left with an unusable product.
