I Face Lid Clip Problem With Stanley Aerolight Thermos
About two months ago, I purchased a Stanley Aerolight thermos from Hepsiburada (Invoice No: DM02025004679702) for ₺949. After a short period of use, I started experiencing a recurring issue with the lid clip—it constantly detaches from its place. Other than this, the thermos functions normally, but the clip problem makes it inconvenient to use.
I contacted Stanley customer service, but they dismissed the issue as user error and excluded it from warranty coverage. I strongly disagree with this assessment because the thermos is still under warranty, and such a failure could reasonably stem from a manufacturing defect rather than misuse.
I am requesting that Stanley either:
Replace the defective lid with a functional one, or
Replace the entire thermos if the lid cannot be fixed.
