Stake.com Games Crash Whenever I Start Winning

Since around July 2025, I’ve been experiencing serious issues with all the games I play on Stake.com. Especially when I access the site through my phone’s browser, as soon as I start winning or building up a profit, the game suddenly crashes or throws me out. When I log back in and continue, I get almost no payouts on the remaining spins. This problem is not limited to just one or a few games; it has been happening consistently in every game I’ve played over the last two months.

I have contacted customer support multiple times about these issues, but each time I was told that “there is no problem.” Technically, there is nothing wrong with my internet connection or my device; everything on my side is working normally.

I am requesting a refund for the losses I have suffered on Stake.com, a detailed technical investigation of these issues, and a clear explanation provided to me about what has been happening.
