You should first check to see if the bet shows up under "My Bets" or your transaction log if you think you won a bet on Stake.com but the site glitched and didn't record it.
If the bet slip is missing, that strongly suggests a system error rather than a loss. Some users say that bets were taken away but never entered when live betting lagged.
If the bet really didn't go through, contact Stake support right away through their official support methods or their 24/7 live chat.
Give them as much information as you can, like the date and time of the bet, the match or game, the stake amount, the odds, and any screenshots you have.
Say that you didn't see a bet ID, that the platform was acting up, and that you think you should have won. Make it clear that you want either a payout or a return.
