Stake UPI Deposit via PhonePe Not Credited or Refunded

I made two UPI payments from PhonePe to my Stake account on 23/04/2026 and 24/04/2026, with a total amount of 1,399.91. Even though both transactions were successful on PhonePe, the money has not been credited to my Stake account, and it has also not been refunded back to my bank. It has now been 6 days since these transactions. I contacted PhonePe support and they confirmed that the payments were successful from their side and even provided proof of payment. However, when I contacted Stake, they said that the funds have not reached them. At the moment, I am stuck between the two platforms, and my money is missing. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, my transactions be traced properly, and the amount of 1,399.91 either be credited to my Stake account or refunded to my original payment source as soon as possible.
