Stake UPI Deposit Pending

On 22 April 2026 at around 2:52 p.m., I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to my Stake wallet using UPI via the PhonePe app. The amount was debited from my bank account and I have a transaction reference/UTR confirming that the payment was completed, but my Stake wallet is still showing the deposit as pending. I contacted support about this issue and was informed that the amount has not been received yet. However, since the money has already been deducted from my account and I have proof of a successful transaction, I am left without either the credited funds in my Stake wallet or a refund back to my bank. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that either the ₹20,000 be immediately credited to my Stake wallet or refunded back to my bank account at the earliest. I also request a clear written update explaining the status of this transaction and the reason for the delay.
