Stake Payment Successful But Not Credited

On 4 April 2026 at around 03:13 PM, I made a payment of ₹2800 through PhonePe to the UPI ID rajputsachin@indianbk in order to add funds to my Stake account. The amount has been debited and PhonePe shows the payment as successful, but the money has still not appeared in my Stake wallet. The transaction ID for this payment is 383305334927. When I checked the status, it only shows that the payment is done, but there is no corresponding credit on Stake’s side and I have not received the funds in my wallet. I request that this issue be urgently checked and that the ₹2800 either be immediately credited to my Stake account or the problem be coordinated with the relevant party so that the credit reflects without any further delay.
