Stake Cancelled My PhonePe Deposits but Did Not Refund My Money

I am writing regarding two deposit transactions I made to my Stake account from India via PhonePe on 14 May 2026, in the amounts of ₹999.29 and ₹999.03 (a total of approximately ₹2000). The transaction reference numbers are T2605142302487623660302 and T2605142247430381948506. Both deposits were later cancelled by Stake, but the money has not been returned to my account. After these payments were cancelled, my Stake account was placed in “withdrawal only” mode. I uploaded the payment screenshots and all required details in the app, and since then I have repeatedly contacted support. Each time, I am only told that the case is under review, and there has been no clear update or resolution for a long time. I request that the total amount of approximately ₹2000 from these two cancelled deposits be refunded as soon as possible to my original PhonePe/bank account, and that I be informed clearly once the refund has been processed.
