Stake Bank Transfer Successful But Balance Zero

I am a user of Stake with the username “01yus***” and the e‑mail address “yusufb****[email protected]”. On 5 February 2026 at around 14:15 I made a bank transfer transaction of ₺50,000 on my Stake account, which appears on the system with the reference number 3268295662 and as “successful”. Despite this, my balance on the site is currently zero and the money has effectively been seized. For about a week, I have been trying to get an answer from Stake support and every time I have only been stalled and no clear explanation has been given as to where my ₺50,000 is or why I cannot access it. The transaction appears as successful, yet I cannot see this amount in my balance and it has not been paid out to me in any way. I request that my account and the transaction be urgently examined and that my money be immediately credited to my balance or paid to me without any further delay. I also want a clear written explanation regarding why this situation occurred and why I have been kept waiting without a solution for days.
