I created my Spotify account a long time ago using a Gmail address that I no longer have access to. I’ve been trying to update the email linked to my account, but Spotify keeps rejecting every Gmail I try—even though I’m 100% sure they’re correct.
I’ve tested at least 10 different Gmail addresses that I actively use, and all of them work perfectly fine on other platforms. But Spotify continues to say they’re invalid. This has become a constant and deeply frustrating issue. I’m locked out of my own account, and the system won’t recognize emails I know are mine.
Spotify, fix this now. I need to access my account and update my email information without running in circles. I’m tired of dealing with this same error over and over again. Give users a real solution to recover and manage their accounts.
